Terms of Service
These terms set out the terms and conditions for use of Nutriko services. By using the site or app, you are deemed to have accepted this agreement.
Subscription Terms
Nutriko offers auto-renewable subscription plans (Pro and Max) that unlock additional AI-powered features.
- Subscription Plans: Pro Plan: 5 AI analyses per day. Max Plan: 20 AI analyses per day. Prices are displayed in the app before purchase and may vary by region.
- Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew monthly unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the then-current price.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. On iOS, go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. On Android, go to Google Play → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then.
- Free Trial: New subscribers receive a 3-day free trial. Any unused portion of the free trial period will be forfeited upon purchasing a subscription. Cancellation before the trial ends avoids any charge.
- Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective policies. Nutriko does not process refunds directly.
AI-Based Analyses
Nutriko uses AI-based, validated models and continuously updated scientific databases to evaluate ingredient and nutritional information. Analyses are produced by automated processes and our databases are regularly updated.
Accuracy and Verification
The information we provide strives to be as accurate as possible but may be incorrect or incomplete. Ingredients and nutritional values on product labels may be based on data provided by manufacturers and may change over time; therefore, before making important health decisions or dietary changes, you must verify the information directly from the product packaging or by consulting an authorized expert.
Reporting Errors
If you detect an error in ingredients or nutritional values, please notify us. When reporting an error, if possible include a photo of the product, its barcode, and which field is incorrect (e.g., ingredients, serving information, energy value). You can submit reports to hello@nutriko.app or via the in-app "Report Error" option. We review incoming reports and update our database after verification.
