How to Request Account Deletion

To request the deletion of your Nutriko account and associated data, please follow these steps:

Send an email to support@nutriko.app
Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request – Nutriko"
Include the email address registered with your Nutriko account in the body of the email
Our team will verify your identity and process your request

What Data Will Be Deleted

When your account deletion request is processed, the following data will be permanently deleted:

User account information (email address, user ID)
Saved product history
User preferences and usage-related data

Data Retention & Timeline

Account and data deletion is completed within 30 days of request verification
Backup data may be retained for up to 90 days for legal or security purposes
Your data is not sold or shared with third parties

Partial Data Deletion

Nutriko does not currently support partial data deletion without deleting the account. If you request account deletion, all associated user data will be removed. Any remaining data in our systems is automatically deleted within 90 days after account deletion.

Hangi Veriler Silinir

Hesap silme talebiniz isleme alindığinda asagidaki veriler kalici olarak silinir:

Kullanici hesap bilgileri (e-posta adresi, kullanici kimliği)
Kaydedilmis urun gecmisi
Kullanici tercihleri ve kullanimla ilgili veriler

Veri Saklama ve Sure

Hesap ve veri silme islemi, talep doğrulamasindan itibaren 30 gun icinde tamamlanir
Yedekleme verileri, yasal veya guvenlik amacliyla 90 gune kadar saklanabilir
Verileriniz ucuncu taraflarla paylasilmaz veya satilmaz

Kismi Veri Silme

Nutriko su anda hesap silmeden kismi veri silme islemini desteklememektedir. Hesap silme talebinde bulunursaniz, tum iliskili kullanici verileri kaldirilacaktir. Sistemlerimizde kalan tum veriler, hesap silme isleminden sonra 90 gun icinde otomatik olarak silinir.
